I'm building my portfolio, so the first three local businesses I work with get the setup fee waived in exchange for an honest testimonial. You still get the full site and monthly plan.

Why a monthly fee and not one big price?
Most small businesses can't drop thousands on a website, and shouldn't have to. A small setup fee plus a flat monthly plan spreads the cost, keeps your site hosted, secure and up to date, and means someone is always around when you need a change.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain, content, photos and branding. After the 12-month minimum you can cancel any time and take your site files with you for a one-time handover fee.
How long does it take?
Launch sites are usually live in about 7 business days, Grow in about 2 weeks and Pro in 3 to 4 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your photos and answers.
What do you need from me?
A logo if you have one, a few photos, your services and contact details, and about 30 minutes to answer questions. I handle the rest, including writing the words on Grow and Pro.
Can I cancel?
After the 12-month minimum, yes, any time with 30 days' notice. Your domain and content stay yours.
Will I show up first on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What I do is build a fast, well-structured site and set up your Google Business Profile properly, which is what moves the needle for local businesses.
